box-sizing: border-box !important;">2019年4月14日上午12时许，南阳环达汽车运输服务有限公司豫R84678半挂车(驾驶员贾金伟，河南省淅川县上集镇北巷村人)，装载树皮沿G207线自湖北襄阳向邓州方向行驶。在经过G207线龙堰超限检测站，执法四班班长鲁闪，执法员张东阳、高航对该车进行例行检查。经测量，该车宽3.6米，比规定限值2.5米超1.1米，按《河南省交通行政处罚裁量标准》应处900元罚款。该司机多次找鲁闪说情，试图逃避或减免处罚，期间反复5个多小时。17：50分许，在双方争执过程中，鲁闪因情绪失控，辱骂该车驾驶员贾金伟。当晚20：20分许，贾金伟在办理行政处罚文书签字并缴纳罚款900元后，超限站将车辆放行。</span></p><p style="max-width: 100%;
